My name is Mike Rich and I am the director of New Penny Cleaning. I wanted to write this myself to illustrate my passion for the cleaning industry and how this reflected in my companies standards and operations.
I have worked in the industry for over 25 years and could pinpoint every fault with existing companies customer care and deliverance of what was agreed. I was frustrated. So, I formed a limited company and set out to remedy these common problems and to provide specialist and bespoke cleaning services blended with a passion for customer satisfaction. It worked and customers soon realised that our passion for perfection were the building blocks for many longstanding cleaning contracts.
The bottom line is that we care. All of our cleaning technicians are New Penny ambassadors who strive to achieve complete customer satisfaction with a passion for perfection.
